Rachna is one of our BOC UAE trainers and assessors . She utilises all of her previous experience and qualifications in training to teach our Level 2, 3 and 4
Rachna has worked as a nursery teacher for over 14 years. She has worked in London and has also been with the ‘British Orchard Nursery’ for more than ten years as a Techer and Deputy Principal.
Rachna trains and assesses learners who aim to become nursery practitioners- her wealth of experience and knowledge across her extensive nursery career fully equips her to support these learners to be both lifelong learners and competent nursery practitioners.

Having over 10 years of avid experience in the Middle East, Ms. Sofia is highly passionate and sincere about Early Years education. Bagging a Master’s degree in Education, she decided to then complete her CACHE level 5 Diploma in Leadership (Children and Young People’s Management) and later the CACHE Assessor’s qualification.
Moreover, she also accomplished her CACHE Certificate in Autism due to her interest in special education needs.
She has worked as a Principal in some leading nurseries of the UAE including the British Orchard Nursery and now works as an esteemed BOC Assessor and Tutor. Meet Ms. Sofia, a committed Early Years educator, a true gem of our team!
BOC Manager and Assessor
Early years has been her sector since the 80's. She has gained experience and grown in Early Years Education through owning her own pre-school in Manchester, UK.
Lisa has experience in teaching and assessing students to become teachers via lectures in college and through work place observations assessing against the standards of Cache, City and Guilds and Btec in all levels of Early Years courses.
She holds an Assessor/Verifier certificate to validate other teachers/assessor submitted portfolios and also worked in social services as a residential social worker with children who were disadvantaged and had safeguarding issues.

Laila has completed her IPC level 2 from a US based institution and completed her CACHE level 3 form British Orchard Centre. She is currently pursing her master’s in early childhood education and working on a dissertation on Young Children's ongoing Assessment Skills.
Laila has worked as an early year’s practitioner for several years and due to her potential and passion towards Early Years Education, she has been working as a BOC trainer for over 4 years.

Born and brought up in UAE, Shamima is a creative and inspiring individual with a strong methodological approach and passion for education in the Early Year's sector, for more than 20 years. As an early year’s leader and trainer, she puts forward ideas, implementing many new and exciting approaches to early years settings.
Her skills are to facilitate and deliver professional learning, training events, workshops, and keynotes that are rich in examples and case studies of children, where educators are encouraged and supported to reflect critically, and engage practically about their own experiences working alongside children and families.
Fatima is a passionate Early years Educator. She has been associated with various reputed organizations offering world-class quality Early years education. Being a firm believer in holistic child development, including social interaction and behavioral management, she has carved a niche for herself in areas of her specialization. She has hands on experience of working with Early age groups to gain a deep understanding of the various aspects and nuances of a child’s behavior.
She has also been constantly upgrading her knowledge-base and skills set with thorough involvement in further studies and innovative approaches.
Fatima is currently engaged as an Assessor and Trainer for CACHE qualification as well as acting as a curriculum specialist for reputed group of schools. We at British Orchard Centre are proud of having her on board.

Maricor comes from a medical industry and is currently working as a CACHE administrator at British Orchard Centre for over 5 years. She is highly enthusiastic with her customer service skills and performs clerical duties to help run the BOC office smoothly and efficiently.
